When do booking enquiries close?
Booking enquiries must be submitted by 23 December 2026, inclusive, in Berlin time. The event takes place on Saturday, 23 January 2027. A submitted enquiry remains non-binding and requires a separate confirmation from Neli Arabi GmbH.
Who can request a booking?
This gathering is exclusively for aircraft and yacht operators from around the world, including authorised representatives of operating companies. Please identify your company and role in your booking enquiry.
Does my enquiry confirm a booking?
No. The form submits a non-binding booking enquiry. A place is confirmed only through a separate confirmation from Neli Arabi GmbH. The website does not take payments.
Where in Berlin will the event take place?
The event is planned for Berlin on 23 January 2027. The exact venue, timings and programme will be announced once confirmed.
What does participation cost?
Participation fees and any applicable terms have not yet been announced. They will be provided separately before you are asked to make a binding booking.
Can I attend from outside Germany?
Aircraft and yacht operators worldwide are welcome to submit a booking enquiry. Travel, accommodation and any entry requirements remain each participant's responsibility. No visa or travel arrangement is included in the enquiry.
